Ogracwheel products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, overloading, unauthorized modifications, improper storage, or use outside the product’s stated specifications.

To submit a warranty claim, please email info@ogracwheel.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem.

If your warranty claim is approved, Ogracwheel may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the product, or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved warranty claims when a return is required.

Please do not return any product before receiving authorization and return instructions from us. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
