Thanks for shopping at Ogracwheel. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

We Ogracwheel, commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Ogracwheel. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Ogracwheel, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Ogracwheel. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you can issue a refund and return your item.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be you follow the following guidelines:

  • The product has to be in the packaging we sent in the first place, if not, please pack it in a good-condition box.
  • The product has to be damage free, if any damage to the product, you don't need to return back, please send the damaged picture to our email address and we will issue the refund for you immediately.
  • If any parts are missing, please don't return it, we can re-send the replacement parts for you immediately.
  • We don't accept the return if a product is USED.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.
Please note that we will take responsibility for the damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

 

Return Time Window

You can open a return request within 90 days when you placing the order.

 

Refunds

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.

No restocking fee on all orders.

 

Return Shipping

1. When the return reason is related to "Purchased the Wrong Product", "Doesn't Fit", or "No Longer Wants It":

    We will provide the UPS or FedEx pre-paid return label by email.
    The return cost will be deducted from the order amount. (Actual cost of return shipping)

2. When it happens that the product is "Wrong Item was Sent", "Damaged by the Carrier", or "Defective": 
    We will provide the UPS or FedEx pre-paid return label by email.
    We will pay for the return cost.

3. The product can be returned at any time, with no time limit.
