We Ogracwheel, commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Ogracwheel. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Ogracwheel, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Ogracwheel. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you can issue a refund and return your item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us at info@ogracwheel.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when applicable. We will review your request and provide replacement, refund, or return instructions.

Please do not return any item before receiving return authorization and the correct return address from us.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit.
Please note that we will take responsibility for the damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.


Return Time Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.

We do not charge a restocking fee.


Return Shipping

Customer-Responsibility Returns
If you ordered the wrong product, selected an incompatible size, or no longer want the item, we will email you a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label. The actual return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Store-Responsibility Returns
If we sent the wrong item, or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will email you a prepaid UPS or FedEx return label and cover the return shipping cost.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
