Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO

  1. Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days of receipt(The carrier does pick up from the warehouse on weekend).
  2. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-5 business days in transit to reach their destination.(Depends on the Distance.) The default shipping method (UPS Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery) will depend on your location.
  3. We currently only ship to the continental United States(Hawaii and Alaska are not available now).
  4. PO Boxes We will choose USPS or FedEx Smartpost, which depends on the warehouse.
  5. We take every precaution to ensure your tires reach you in perfect condition!


UPS INFORMATION


  1. UPS makes home deliveries Monday through Saturday to residential addresses. No deliveries are made on legal holidays. For more information about UPS, please visit the UPS website.
  2. The default shipping method will vary based on the shipping destination, to ensure that packages will generally not be in transit more than 2 days. For faster delivery, we offer Next Day Air shipping, at an additional cost.
  3. Note: UPS frequently updates their Service Guarantee due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other global events. Keep this in mind if you choose an expedited shipping option during checkout.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
